Wonder what happened to the lindemans pack.
Will we actually see the Rogue mini kegs before Christmas?
I'd imagine they're waiting for the month after they expire to roll them out...

March? The goat boy will be close to a year if from original batch. Any comments on Weizen bock being a year old? Can it go the second year?

I don't know about that specific one, but in general weizenbock does okay. The creamy mouthfeel of the wheat will fade, that's the biggest negative change I can think of. The banana esters tend to become less intense in time as well, with the clove coming to the forefront. Weizenbock usually isn't as intense on the level of esters as weizen due to the increased malt intensity.

Slim to none. Stone has very specific guidelines about the handling and shipping of their product. Most of which the current LCBO does not adhere to.

Now that being said, there has been Stone sneak into Ontario at the bar level. I could see something like IPA, Arrogant, Pale Ale or perhaps Old Guardian come in a seasonal release.

But for a special like Enjoy by where they can't fully service all of their existing areas, I would bet against.

Perhaps once their east coast brewery is up and running.

That's true, although I thought Sierra Nevada had similar guidelines that the LCBO couldn't meet and we are getting their beer. I think the more likely reason, as you said is that for a beer like Enjoy by there are a ton of places in the US that want it and can't get it, so why would they send it to Canada?

Gregorious Trappist Ale? That's the Stift Engelszell one, right?

If so, wow. Don't they have the smallest production of any of the Trappists? Wiki says 2000 hL, maybe they've expanded production recently?

You are correct - Stift Engelszell indeed.

Sorry northyorksammy, are you implying that LCBO Spring Release will be featuring ST Goat Boy that was brewed in Spring 2014?
Not sure we understood you correctly...

Evidently that product at this time is not happening.

This is a rather erroneous statement.
