Is this the same beer as the stout but just renamed because the stout sure as hell wasn't a stout? At least it wasn't as far as I was confirmed. It reddish brown and allowed a lot of light in... at least my bottle. Between this beer and The Tribe... Flying Monkeys seems to really be slacking lately on a some of their large bottles.

Curious about that Stone Xocoveza Stout. It's already come and gone in the US from mid-october. Is this for next year? Or is it going to be out here in the next 3 months. Hmm.

We got the Stone Bastard Box two months after it hit US shelves last year. So that seems about right...?

CitruSinensis is listed as a Feb-Apr availability on Lagunitas website. I guess that means they'll bottle it sometime in January, so we'll probably see it in late March or early April.

On a hot summer's day in 2017, reach for an ice cold Stone RIS to quench your thirst.

also, we might set a record for the most expensive 6-pack to ever hit the lcbo. (other than the Westy 12) Stone Xocoveza goes for $17 USD +taxes etc

I had my parents driving around California last spring to find me a 4-pack of KBS. Never ever would have expected to see this at the lcbo. I would have been happy with even the Founders RIS. This might be the largest and most expensive trip I ever make to the lcbo.

Wonder what the price will be here. Will be even more Nicklebrook bashing if it costs less than the Kentucky Bastard.
