The graphic visual aid was an important addition though.

indeed! though i had envisioned more like the little ones that tomato juice comes in, i think the "stubby" cans would be more demeaning and appropriate.

I won't even suggest a two-can gift pack with two mini-pint glasses... and vigorous pouring instructions to fill the glasses half-way with beer head foam. We can dream, though...

My apologies if this was already mentioned somewhere else / arlier, though i did search back a several pages, but Rennaisance elemetal porter is now on the shelf at Yonge and davis, along with Creemore Oktober, and Pumpking.

Agreed; a very tasty little marzen, and much more balanced than Sam Adams', which I also find to be a bit too much on the sweet side. Though if the six packs are seriously 10 bucks, I'll probably buy some anyway.

It only took a day or two for the stock of the Barn Door Oktoberfest to run out here in Sarnia, which is pretty much unheard of. Here's hoping they get more in soon.
