Was in Toronto last week, had the IPA and the Cali. IPA was great, Cali although not my thing, still tasted good.

Picked up a couple more IPA for home. I really want this to become a thing so I don't mind the price in order to get more in.

By "all" you must mean "your" bottles, or whatever's available in Hamilton, as my bottles are very clearly labeled "09/03/15." Kinda weird that there's different bottling dates in what was presumably a single shipment, but stranger things have happened I suppose.

Stonehammer Oatmeal Coffee

Lake Wilcox Mad Quacker
Quantity: 6 × Can 473 ml Price: $17.40

I've tried both the Mad Quacker (Vienna lager) and Swing Bridge recently, both I believe are going to start with availability near their home locations of Richmond Hill and Little Current respectively.

Having now tried all three of the Stone beers that were brought in, they all seemed reasonably fresh to me. Although of course I'm sure they would have been better if they'd skipped the mandatory two-month warehouse ageing process entirely.

Loved the Arrogant Bastard, and already bought a second bomber. The Cali-Belgique was also nice to try, but Belgian IPAs are not a style that I am inclined to drink regularly. Stone IPA was quite good, too, but I wouldn't say it was significantly better than, say, most of the GLB tank ten IPAs, so I don't think I'd pick that one up very regularly if it did become a permanent listing.

Yeah when I see Cali-Belgique anything, I RUN in the opposite direction…

I'm happy for Stone if it sells, woot.

Out of Stone's Cali Belique, TDD's L'Apocalypso and Beau's/Gigantic La Formidable, TDD's was the best American/Belgian IPA at the LCBO this summer.

I really enjoyed last year's Hoperation Triple Cross from Phillips. Great blend of tropical hops and belgian yeast.

Well Adam I agree Phillips can do very little wrong. Maybe what with the terrible USA exchange we will see more of Canada's best beers here? (Shipping costs notwithstanding.)

It's Lake of Bays. Their pricing formula is basically "take what would normally be considered the upper reasonable price range of this product and then tack on another 30-40%."

And the bonus is that you basically have to drink it all at once. Yay?!
