But it's more pretentious at that price!
All seriousness aside this sounds like my kind of IPA, if it's in prime shape.

Looks like Christmas has come early!

All 4 are great and I haven't had the Classic for like, forever. The glass is top notch too. Thanks BO, for bringing in at least one giftpack with glass.

Yes it seems like the BO have been especially glass-phobic these recent years. A demonstration of their green sensibility which suits their utterly consistent paragon principles.
I actually think a gift packs are environmentally as smart as anything, they usually contain no plastic and the cardboard is a valuable material for recycling. An affordable gift that is consumable and creates little waste, replacing far more resource-intensive gift options. But ah well, that's them.

It all depends - I don't by my art by the yard, after all. If it's good I'll bite the bullet, so to speak.

I thought their plan was just Ottawa distribution for now?

Also, isn't it a flat $4 at the brewery? If so, I guess for those who can't make it down to the brewery the extra $.50 makes sense, but I'll keep buying direct from them and save a few bucks.

I really like it, and I don't mind tossing a few bucks extra here and there to support a local business. I'll buy a lot more Karma in the next little while than Aromatherapy though with that price difference.

I'm pretty sure once something has a LCBO listing you can't charge a different price for it anywhere. That's why you can get more Amsterdam blonde for less money art the brewery. I can't remember the exact formats, but it's something like they charge less for a 16 pack than a 12.

I wish I could order Beyond the Pale's beers on the LCBO website. Sure I can order beer from another province or country, but not from a brewery that's a few hours up the 401.
