The good news is that this means it will have some age on it. The batch was pretty raw when I tried it in August.

So does the Westy 12 have some serious aging potential? Guess it's worth picking up a couple packs.

I'm sure it'd be easy to sell a few if needed down the road when it's all gone.

When do we find out what stores are selling it and will it be sold out before even hitting the shelves?

There are over 2000 packs coming into the province, so unless there's massive hoarding, we'll all probably be ok...(I think)...

Not according to Josh Rubin.....there's only 1404 packs coming in. If they sell out you can always get some from Alberta!

Strange. According to an email from the agent the LC has ordered 2016.

You misunderstood the email, that's the date for when the beer hits the shelves

There is a lot of aging potential with them. I purchased 8 packs (in SK).

So I went into the Queen's Quay LCBO today and asked the service desk about Westy's status. According to the staff member, Westy's coming in on December 10th (Monday). Left my number with her; she said they'd be calling interested parties when the shipment arrived. She also said that there was a two 6-pack minimum (!?!?!?) but that if you just want one 6-pack, they might try matching you with someone else who only wanted one 6-pack. That made no sense to me but I just smiled and nodded.
