I have to say, I find this release a little disappointing. They're all fine beers, but I was hoping for some stuff I hadn't seen before. If I were in a good pub in Montreal, I probably wouldn't order any of these for that reason.

But I'm being picky. They're good beers, I'll be encouraging friends who haven't tried them to pick up a couple.

Pretty sure I paid $12+ in Quebec so that's not crazy, but also not a steal.

Indeed. I also saw the 1.5L bottles of it for $29 over there on Sunday.

It was very good in a year-old bottle for which I paid $20.00 at Peluso Boni Soir. 'Reserve stock' - some beers do age like wine, hence the 1.5 liter magnums kelumba mentioned.

I still have a couple from a split case with TheBeeraholic. I was hoping to replenish, but I'll hold off.

I have two still as well - Drinking a lot better now than when we got it fresh. I believe price per bottle from K6 was $16.00 when it worked out. I'll buy a bottle but won't be stocking up. Especially with Chimay Blue at such a great price and the St. Berny coming soon.

Name has the same latin root as 'hibernate'. Though it refers to winter.

Did the math with Broue ha ha in Gatineau last week on Hibernus.

He will be selling it at $15.50 roughly with tax.

I saw the Hibernus today at King and Spadina. Seems to be the only place where it is available as per the website.
