Big Tide Brewing Company seasonals

Post by zane9 »

I'm heading to Saint John New Brunswick, and chatted with Brewmaster Wendy Papadopoulos about her seasonal releases. This is what she wrote:

"Saturday I will be putting our hefeweizen on tap, and soon after that our wild weed summer ale will be on as well.

I brewed a double ipa with guest brewer greg nash as well, but I don't think that one will be ready by next weekend (Aug. 20). The hefe is a pretty traditional recipe, and our wild weed is a wheat ale with wild rosemary in it. The tidal wave double ipa is a big beer..lots of hops and about 9 percent.

We will very soon be selling growlers, which is exciting news."

Looking forward to trying the wild weed!
