My beeradvocate review.
4.19/5 rDev 0%
look: 4.5 | smell: 4.25 | taste: 4 | feel: 4.5 | overall: 4.25

Pale straw, brilliant clarity. Noticeably effervescent. Towering pale white head. Spotty lace. Tropical nose offers notes of mango, passionfruit, and white grapefruit. Hints at honey. The aroma is somewhat restrained when first poured. but really opens up with time in the glass. White grapefruit up front followed by mango and gentle pineapple mid-palate. Juicy. Finishes with grapefruit zest and bitter pith. Dry and moderately bitter. Medium bodied and finely carbonated. Smooth and slick. Great texture. Flavourful and refreshing, substantial but not heavy. Side Launch went a little bit outside of their wheelhouse with this one, and knocked it out of the park. This is rock solid.

Reviewed from a pre-filled growler in a tulip glass.

Sorry about the image size folks. I took it with my phone and felt too lazy to resize it.

No problem. In my own lazy experience if you post it privately to your own FB page it will be auto-resized, then you can grab that version.

I mean, I wouldn't say it's unbalanced. It's not a palate shredder by any means. But it's tasty and aromatic, and the balance is definitely weighted towards the hops.

It's really well made though. Definitely worth picking up if you find yourself up in Collingwood.
