4.5% alc./vol. 500mL clear bottle, LCBO purchase.

All I can say is, "Wow, that tastes like Russia."

But the best part is the fantastic pull tab found on the top of the bottle, how handy is that?? You all wish every beer had one, I know I do.

I know that introducing new methods to opening beer is tricky and scary, but they've already thought of that, and included an step-by-step instruction scenario on the back of the bottle.

LOL, you've never been to Russia. You've gotta post a pic of that bottle, man. I also appreciate that the beer is not worth describing from a flavour perspective :)

I picked up a Schloss Hopfenkonig Pilsener at the SAQ in December, and it had a pull off tab bottle cap as well.

Russia has some fantastic beers. The Baltica brews are very nice. I was particularly fond of #4.

The twist tabs were interesting when I was there. They also sell litre plastic pop bottles of beer. Not so great with the quality.

I'd enjoy going back to Russia, that is for sure.
