Looks like Jordan (saints_gambit in these parts) already did.

I've got two promo bottles myself. Haven't tried it yet, but one's in the fridge...

Had a promo bottle a week ago. Nothing special. Found it on the sweeter side. Not for my liking.
We can get drunker than this!!

If this was available as a single I'd pick it up, but I'm not buying six.
I used to sell beer. Now I don't.

I'll buy a six pack and trade you 3 of them for 3 f&m pilsners

My review of it is here: http://www.torontobeerblog.com/beer-rev ... uschinbev/

It's actually okay. Not anything I would pay money for, but not awful. A bit sweet as noted, but definitely has both caramel malts and some type of hops in it. A bit thin for my liking, and certainly nowhere near the depth of a Brooklyn Lager, but I wouldn't hesitate to order it if I unluckily found myself in an ABIB pub.

I had this in the States some time ago and (assuming it is the same beer or recipe) let me just say I expected much, much more. Same with Coors' Batch 19 (not available here I believe). They just don't come close to a good craft beer, in my opinion.

now that matt and i have completed our trade heres my review:

"341 ml bottle from the lcbo. Pours amber with a white head the reduces quickly. Light cara malt nose. Pretty clean. On the sweet side of balanced. Light hop flavour. Crushable but very simple and light in flavour. Meh"

What!? This sucks? I got ripped off! :)

Nice meeting you Matt, and thanks for the homebrews, which I'm super-excited about!

I didn't mind this. Not worth a 6-pack purchase, but if I ever find myself in a bar with a terrible tap selection I will be ordering this over (almost) anything else in the InBev empire.
