The journey continues and at long last PITSCHFORK Brewing Co.'s PITSCH PERFECT PILSNER is available to the public. So stoked! Soft launch last week at The Hitch (1216 Queen St East). Reaction so far has been fantastic, plus down two kegs in three days, with two fresh ones delivered today. More formal kickoff in a couple of weeks at the Loose Moose (146 Front St West). And more locations to come... For those of you that care to try my beer, first, I'm grateful for your support, and second, I'm eager to get your feedback. Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). Yes. B-movies and other miscellaneous video on the screen at all times at the Hitch... among other good things. PITSCHFORK Pilsner now available at The Only Cafe. Little less random. Little less little.
