Looks great! Hopefully I'll be able to drop by for the first time this upcoming weekend.

Are you open on the holiday Monday?

Hey I'm curious.

If I open a growler on a Friday, and give some to a friend who doesn't try it until Tuesday, will the hops taste "dated"? If so, my "friend" would be a fucking asshole to rate that, right? Then again, I guess most people already know he is one...

Haha...so many dicks around. I rarely buy growlers myself, because I never want to drink that much, and it may not be so easy to share quickly. What is the general rule for how quick to drink a growler once opened? Within 48 hours?

I would say 24. Depends how much oxidation and loss of carbonation you are OK with I guess.

Ditto. I never make it out west as much as I used to.
