new Double IPA this weekend

36" Chain is a double IPA hopped with Columbus, Centennial, Citra, and Nelson Sauvin. 8.2%

Yes those are the regular hours. Gtownrandy-you may be disappointed, unless you've set something up with the guys, as far as Sunday goes?

our hours are Friday 5 - 8pm, Sat 12-4pm

Drinking my first Bastet now....really really good. Incredibly drinkable, lots of lemony citrus flavours, quite dry, a little bit of funk, a touch of oaky vanilla and a really nice tartness. Awesome beer. Another home run guys. Hopefully
There'll still be some left next time I'm in, as the other two bottles I have will not be enough.

Our first barrel aged beer is available starting this Friday

"Lucent" began life as a Belgian blonde ale, before spending one year in Ontario red wine barrels with a blend of Brett and bacteria. It was then conditioned on Hibiscus and Yuzu prior to re-fermentation in the bottle.

Lucent and raspberry juice both sound amazing. Anyone going to be there this weekend that would be interested in picking some up and trading for something next time you're in Toronto? Have lots of Toronto and QC stuff, or cash! PM if you can help out.
