These guys do no wrong. The worst beer I've had from them has been "good". Not a bad beer has been released, and knowing the guys, not one will be released.

They unreleased a beer because it wasn't up to their quality. I got to try it, it wasn't a bad beer at all. I mean if you like hoppy Innocente beers, this blew it out of the park, but at the end of the day, it wasn't a Barncat quality beer. Lots of respect for not putting out something THEY didn't like.

Rat Queen release this weekend!

First up: Rat Queen de la Muerte is the Mexican chocolate version of our Rat Queen imperial stout. Brewed with chocolate and Ceylon cinnamon, it was then conditioned atop Vanilla beans, Mulato, Pasilla, & Guajillo chili peppers. 11% 500ml bottles, $9/bottle, limit 6 per person.
This beer will be making its debut on tap at the one year anniversary of our good friends @arabellaparkbar this Thursday.

Next up: Barrel Aged Rat Queen. Late last year we brewed the second batch of our Rat Queen imperial stout. We then let her rest for nearly one year in Willet Rye whiskey barrels. 11.8% 500ml bottles, $12/bottle, limit 6 per person.

Last but not least, we dug deep into the Barncat cellar and brought out a very limited amount of 2016 Rat Queen. Originally released July 29 2016, this beer has been cellared to absolute perfection. 11.8% 750ml bottles, $15/bottle, limit 1 per person.

Damn I wish you guys were closer or would start providing mail order through an online shop. I also think you should move to canning beer so all this can be possible but hey that's just me! :)

You're beer is so damn good.

g'damn!! I very nearly opened my last bottle of Rat queen on Sunday night. Definitely coming on Saturday for these. The Mexican one sounds right up my alley. Gonna be an expensive trip I think.
Also guys, clemtines are out now.....PULP, just sayin

Yeah, you should can! And then charge the same price per ml and see what people say :)

Or you could put it into these 8oz cans and charge $28US per 4-pack like these guys.

(also, please open a web store)

BA Rat Queen is the beer for anyone wondering what the inside of a Willett rye barrel tastes like. Hint: it tastes really good. Well done, guys!

I'm drinking de la Muerte and it's delicious. Would highly recommend. The spiced pepper aspect of the brew is amazingly well integrated.

Anyone get the straight up Rat Queen?got one bottle left from last years release, and interested to see how she's drinking now.

Only the 2016 normal rat queen was for sale. Don't know if they are making a normal version this year?

We still have plenty of both the Barrel Aged, and de la Muerte.
