Anyone know this? A Toronto Brewery (probably contract brewed?). I hadn't heard of them until Folly posted a photo on Instagram of them (alongside Folly -- congrats!) on the beer menu at Bar Isabel, which I would assume to be a pretty good contract to have?

Haven't heard much of them either, honestly. I know there Bitter Waitress Black IPA (the one in my... not Follys' picture! :p) is at LCBOs (http://drinkvine.com/drinkdetail.php?ty ... tID=438705) so I'm also assuming a contract. Hey there folks! I'm the brewmaster/owner of Shillow Beer. You are correct, we are currently a contract brewery. We are producing the Bitter Waitress Black IPA at Cameron's.
We also have a brown ale (Sass on the Side) that we produce exclusively for Beerbistro. We've been brewing that one out at the Niagara College for the last year.
