This is absolutely crazy! One irrelevant contract brewery purchases another? I also like how they purchased "the assets" ... I assume aside from intangible assets (which likely have a minimal value) there isn't much there...

They bought an LCBO sku.

Amazing.

I don't think I ever saw Sextant anywhere.
