William St and Northumberland hills breweries

Post by mgmoney »

Was in cobourg a couple of weeks ago and picked up beers from both breweries. From William St a pale ale Top Hat I believe an orange creamsicle style beer and a dark lager. All three were average to below average and not a place I need to revisit. The NHB stuff was a pale ale Supercontinental and a Weisse Nun the Weisser. Both were true to style and decent offerings, but for now I'd say neither of these should be on anyone's bucket lists to visit
Everytime I learn something new I forget something old...like that time I learned to make wine and then forgot how to drive...
