Introducing Light Mode! If you would like a Bar Towel social experience that isn't the traditional blue, you can now select Light Mode. Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). On Canadian Beer News, a new offshoot brewery by a Beau's brewer, specializing in barrel aged funky beers.
The first beer from Halcyon is Infinity Mirror, a 6.5% abv Brett IPA with simple and succinct tasting notes: “ripe, tropical, funk.”
Infinity Mirror will be released on May 25th in a limited run of 600 ml bottles that will be available at the Beau’s retail store, LCBO locations, select craft beer bars in Ontario. It will be followed this autumn by Gravity Well, a 9% abv sour ale.
