But the right to be uncivil + the often negative or 'offended' social response to it are both free speech. Both are important to this process. An errant brewery will thus be corrected by social mechanisms that reflect our evolving sensibilities, that's enough.
And we have enough laws that we don't need to weasel-word our way into defining everything that people can or can't say. Let the thing self-regulate in the way it was meant to, insofar as that is practical (for example, anything not inciting hate or physical danger on people.)
