I'd argue Godspeed Kuro is maybe the best straight up stout in Ontario right now. Nice balance, flavourful and drinkable.

Creemore had some pretty solid options at one point - Keller, Kolsch, Alt, etc... do any of those still exist?

I used to be a huge fan of the Creemore Alt. Loved that beer so much.
They do, but I think they're seasonal. The LCBO has a Hellles from them in stock right now which I have not tried. Just tried the Helles and can say it's pretty good, if not a bit sweeter than I'd prefer and the alcohol is lower than your typical Helles. Godspeed Fukami Munich Dunkel is very nice
While obviously not as heavy as a Doppelbock it has what are (for me) some complexities of a good Doppel. Nice dry balance to the malt profile with almost some umami and salt impressions, hints toffee and baked apple. I'll be having more of this one.
