2 malt, 2 hop ale. I'm bound and determined to use up all my base malts before stocking up again.
11 Gallons
Target OG 1.061
Target IBU 69
Target SRM 8
12 lbs. Munich 9°L
12 lbs. Vienna
2 oz. Magnum @ 60
2 oz. Amarillo @ 10
2 oz. Amarillo @ 5
2 oz. Amarillo @ flameout
2 oz. Amarillo dry hop (4 days)
US-05
Mash @ 148°F for 90 min.
Ferment @ 64°F.
Sound reasonable?
Only thing I'm wondering is whether I might want to insert some Simcoe or Chinook in there somewhere to help with balancing out the maltiness..
