Well if 4 people were to drive to Jolly Pumpkin you could bring back 180 liters of beer, just enough for 3 kegs ;) Who wants to go on a road trip?

On a practical note, I presume admission will not be charged for the event if you don't purchase a Zwanze ticket?

Blue Monk selling tickets roght now. 140 spots originally, but only about 20 left. $25 US gets you a Zwanze taste, anothe Cantillon sample and a glass. Get crackin' sour pusses.

for the toronto event:

anyone can go.
limited tickets for the zwanze sample and commemorative glass will go on sale in advance.
$25, i believe, is admission. gets you a 4 oz zwanze pour and a glass.

that ticket gets you a drink up until 10 PM. anyone can wait in line for zwanze day. if you have a ticket, you're in the same line as everyone else.

Pretty much the identical scenario at Blue Monk as well.

not sure if that's a coincidence, since Shatzel was in Toronto 2 weekends ago and at Volo :)

Unfortunately, I don't think I'm gonna make it. If anyone missed out on a taster ticket and wants one, PM me. Will sell below cost.

This will be my first time attending Zwanze Day. Any advice on how early I should show up if want to get in right at 3pm?

Hard to say, since other years it opened first to ticket holders, then everyone else had to wait for people to leave. I would expect you need to be there rather early. At least an hour or so.

The weather is supposed to be bad on Saturday, so it might dampen people's enthusiasm to wait in line. Pardon the pun.

Also the lack of outdoor space when it rains.
