Join us Wednesday, June 1, at 6:00pm for welcome cocktails and snacks followed by a nose-to-tail demo by butcher Jaime Waldron. Cuts from the demo will be available for auction afterwards. Our owner & executive chef, Fraser Macfarlane, will be preparing a five-course menu to pair with ciders from West Avenue Cider. Owner & cider maker Chris Haworth will be joining us to educate us on all things cider.
