GLB 30th Anniversary Film Screening - Dec 10

As many of you know, GLB turned 30 years old back on February 12, 2017. The brewery decided that instead of celebrating for just the one day we'd have a year long party... we'd roll out over 80 different beers, collaborate with over 20 breweries, take over some pretty great events and document the entire journey on video.

On Sunday December 10th, at The Kingsway Theatre, we'll be premiering 30 YEARS OF GREAT LAKES BEER, a full length documentary that sheds light on our 30 year history. There are interviews with those closest to GLB, candid conversations with other brewery owners and brewers, collaboration beer day footage, beer releases and so much more.

Doors open to the public at 3pm and we'll be there to greet everyone with some #FreshGLB. There will be a beer tent set up inside the theatre and individuals will have the opportunity to purchase drinks before the airing of the documentary at 4pm. Following the documentary there will be a 30 minute Q & A with GLB Owner, Peter Bulut and other GLB team members.

The 43 minute documentary was filmed and produced by David Hodge of Green Suite 209, a local Etobicoke business that does fantastic work.

Tickets go on sale today at 5pm. Individuals will be able to purchase tickets online (http://bit.ly/GLBdocumentary) and part of the $25 admission is a commemorative 30th anniversary gold rimmed stemmed glass and two drink tickets.
