First Course
Herb breaded oysters with baby spinach, leek, endive & Chambly Noire sauce.
Second Course
Warm salad of summer strawberry, asparagus, Feta, pepper & honey.
Served with Wittekerke vinagrette.
Main Course
Chicken & spring vegetable pot pie served with new potato & smoked bacon
hash. Topped with Weihenstephan Weissbier Crème fraîche.
Dessert
Rhubarb & Danish blue cheese crumble with vanilla bean Fruli ice cream.
Each course paired with a six ounce pour
of the beer used in creating it.
Your purchase of a $15 ticket reserves
your seat and will be deducted from your bill.
