Wednesday November 10th @6PM

“MONKEY BUSINESS”

Chancey Smith’s and Flying Monkey Brewery invite you to a night of a great beer and chat.
This is an informal “Meet & Greet” event.
Stop by & meet Peter Chiodo, the driving force behind incredible transformation of Robert Simpson Brewing into Flying Monkeys powerhouse.
All of the “regular” Monkey beer will be available, as well as some “treats”, including first collaborative project between Chancey Smith’s own Adil Ahmed and Flying Monkeys – American Imperial Wheat Stout – yet to be named.
For more information call Milos @519 672 0384 or email chanceysmiths@bellnet.ca

Congrats to Adil on this major achievement - creating a beer with one of the most respected brewers in the province is no small feat! London beer geeks are very lucky to have Milos and Adil at the helm of Chancey's beer program. I've never had an Imperial Wheat Stout before so, needless to say, I'm looking forward to trying this concoction.

Of all of the beer geeks in Canada, these guys are the best .....I'm really looking forward to seeing how this brew turns out as it is the first brewed on our newly commissioned pilot brewery.

You have to respect Adil for putting in a 12 hour unpaid brew day. What really impressed me was his patience waiting for the boil to evaporate to 9% potential alc. ---fucking 4 hours! He is da' man and this beer is a beast of a wheat stout.

Yours in brewing,
P-

Peter. Thanks for coming down!! Everybody had a great time, beers were a hit.
Sidewalk Paint was perhaps the most surprising. Kudos to Adil for his Bad Ass Chaos Theory- great imperial wheat stout like that has its place in Ontario.

Thanks to Milos and Adil for being incredible hosts (as always) and for supporting us indie breweries.

On a super positive note, I really feel Pandora’s box has been opened in Ontario with Chaos Theory (brewed by Adil).

This was a great night. Thanks to peter and Crew for coming down and providing most excellent beer. A pleaseure as always Peter.
Adil, congrats on your first beer....you and peter did an excellent job. I've described the beer as a "textural marvel". Any Ontario beer drinkers that missed this should get out if it is ever available at Chancey's again.
