Nøgne Ø Beer Dinner - April 29th

beerbistro is having a Nøgne Ø beer dinner on April 29th at 6pm.

8 courses, 8 beers, $100. Brewmaster Kjetil Jikiun will be in attendance.

Update from beerbistro about this event:
We are actually no longer doing a dinner. The brewer is still coming to town, and we will be doing a guided tasting in our private dining room. All 8 beers will be tried, and they will have an hors oeuvre paired with each.

No, it's $40 now. They called those who had reserved to let them know of the change.

$40 for 8 samples and snacks is pretty good pricing. My day on monday might end up being bad enough to need a drink or 8.....

Thanks. Too bad I ended up not being able to make it. Hopefully they keep bringing back Nøgne Ø beers in the future to LCBO.

Yes, it was well worth it - especially since a couple of the beers were quite rare and will likely never be seen in North America again.

The Saison will be part of the summer release. I expect we'll continue to see them popping up in future seasonal releases.
