So, I just saw this BlogTO article on a new "brewery", Lost Craft Beer. Seems they've updated it to add that they're brewing out of Cool's.

Lost Craft Beer: Anyone know anything
I don't know anything about it and today I just heard about Henderson Brewing on the Toronto Craft Beer subreddit. It seems like every other week there's news about another new brewery in the works.

It's been interesting to see how each one launches. There's everything from teaser websites with little information... to contract brewed cans appearing in the LCBO... to opening with a brewpub attached... to a bottle shop suddenly opening... to only being available on draft and to breweries that only seem to exist on Facebook.
