Is anyone interested in trading? If so, send me a message. I don't have too extensive of a list but a few good ones from recent trips to Quebec and Premier.

Hey tap, and many of us on-line actually:

The 'palate' is in your mouth; a 'pallette' is what a painter combines colours with. Do not put a pallette in your mouth, ever. Van Gogh started eating his art supplies... it wasn't such a good idea.

BTW a 'pallet' (with one 't') is a big wooden skid for shipping around a bundle of cases on, for example stuff like beer. Probably very difficult to put in your mouth, but feel free to try.
