You should advise the website designer, not me.
There are "color" tags in your posts Belgian. Are these happening automatically?
It's the voices in my head, telling me to kill (and/or post in optional font colours.) Somebody stop me before the Web Police come.

Occasionally I smell toast in my machine. Usually around breakfast.

Belgian, I just thought you were inspired by a NOW cover. 8)

I will give Steam Whistle top marks for quality over variety, but there are so many good Toronto breweries. My vote also goes to Mill St. for the best - good luck on the brewpub to them, by the way!

I think we can also squeeze Cameron's into Toronto's geography. Granite gets a vote from me too.

I think I'd have to say Mill Street. Denison's is excellent, but lacks Mill Street's breadth.

I would have to say Mill Street. I can't wait to check out the new brewpub.

I must be the voice of dissention in the ranks.

My favourite GTA brewery is King. I'd follow that with Denison's and then Mill Street. I do love Tankhouse and the Porter, but the Stock and Organic drag their score down IMHO.

Cheers,
Rick.

Mill Street by twenty lengths! Granite pulls up second, with Steamwhistle third. Sorry, but Denison's isn't a brewery, and I agree that King is good but not in Toronto.

A contract brewing operation.

Michael doesn't own a brewing facility, he contracts with breweries (currently Black Oak, previously Mill Street) to use their capacity to brew his beers. Ste Andre operates under a similar model, as did Scotch Irish before the Heritage buy-out.

It's a fine distinction, but one this is important to some people.

Ah all righty. I wasn't aware that's how Denison's beers are made.

Then there is no doubt Mill Street is the best in Toronto, and dare I say, one of the best in the country...

Steamwhistle? Jesus. Now, better stick to reviewing the latest $10 appletinis.

A few thoughts pertaining to this thread.

Although Granite is my favorite Toronto brewery, I would be lost without Tankhouse being available at my local beer store.

I brought the Mill Street Stock Ale to our men's league game and it was a big hit among a usually Coors Light and Stella crowd. I am very much looking forward to visiting the brewpub.

I think Amsterdam should be mentioned here as my "gateway" micro back in the day.
