C'est What Beer List
I have posted our latest draught beer list at http://www.cestwhat.com/otherbeer.asp and bottled beer list at http://www.cestwhat.com/bottledbeer.asp
We have taken the last step in our quest for "true local flavour" and have gone to an exclusively Canadian beer list - all adhering to our Craft Beer guidelines. We will have 35 draught selections and another 25 in bottles at any given time.

That is great! It was certainly my main pet peeve (or more so, that of my tablemates, who always wondered where I had wandered off to when it was time to order - checking the other side, of course).the entire draught line-up is listed on the table cards (as per many suggestions from our beer loving customers)

More cask?! Well, short of scientific studies showing a link between CO2 in beer and global warming, I don't think that Toronto has the palate to support more than five casks in our establishment. I look forward to the day where my assessment will be proved wrong.Tapsucker wrote:Thanks George,
That's the spirit! One humble request: more cask!
I notice the Great Lakes 666 is still up. I keep hearing conflicting stories; it's either ending it's season soon or going into full production/bottling. What have you heard?
The last I have heard about the 666 is that it is seasonal, but I will check on that and post another reply later in the week.

That's what I thought. If they still have some bottles in the cellar (probably unlikely), I'd love to give it a try!GregClow wrote:I'm pretty sure that Wellington hasn't made the Porter in years.Responsible Drinker wrote:Under the bottles, I see a picture of the Iron Duke Porter... is it still available?

By the way, the Granite Peculiar that we have on cask at the moment is the Whisky Barrel version.
