Al, I did find Thousand Islands Pale ale in the Price Chopper, but not much else.
I took a little trip to the Sackett's Harbour Brewpub for a bite - it was a little too cold at the water for the patio though.
Just got back from Grand Rapids MI this weekend - now *theres* a beer selection. Incredible beer stores!
