Coors Light Ice Tea at lunch.

It's OK. I wouldn't choose it if I wanted a beer, but I probably would if I wanted an ice tea.

I'm drinking total Ruination. Ahhh... the unfiltered hoppy Stone goodness!

And S. Eggenberg Doppelbock Dunkel which when aged in the fridge seems to taste a bit like les trois mousquetaires GC doppelbock - the dark grapey flavors come through.

2012 Muskoka Summer Weiss - my palate, experience and vocabulary are insufficient to properly describe what I'm getting here, but basically, this reminds me a lot of root beer. Seriously. Maybe it's just the exceptional sweetness. But root beer. Please note: I still really like it, but this is different than last year.

Punk IPA - meh. I won't be buying any more...

Cameron's RPA: That's more like it. It's no 10BY, and I put it behind fresh Smashbomb as well, but it's pretty damn good.

What did you think of this? What age was it? I have a bottle in my cellar.

It was release #4, so a fairly fresh one. It was very good but it was LOADED with coffee and cocoa nibs to the point that even the bourbon barrel qualities were secondary flavours.

If you think you can get a hold of another bottle, I would try this one fresh just to experience a fresh bottle. I have another bottle that I will try in a year or so.

Last night at Street's house, with Cale, his girlfriend and Electroluminescent:
(a beer or two were shared before I arrived)

Ballast Point - Victory At Sea Coffee Vanilla Imperial Porter
Cantillon - Cuvée St-Gilloise (courtesy of boney) - I can now see the love for Cantillon, a regal sour indeed
Courage - Russian Imperial Stout
Beau's Festivale

Cale and his girlfriend brought some Chimay cheese, went great with the brews. I was eating the rinds by the end of the night.

This afternoon, a Lagunitas WTF with my brother at my son's 7th birthday party (another from the boney case!), he and I loved it, really good beer with a nice hop bite.

Thanks for the hospitality, we'll have to do this again sometime!
