Is it that hard to come by? I really had no idea at the time I got it. It just sounded interesting.
No idea, but it's been a top want of mine for a few months now :P

And it looks like the calm before the storm is already gone.

Now a magic hat number nine at home. Not bad, but probably won't be buying more.
I was there with my wife and got the last pint of it tonight (at the Ship, I assume?). Only a half pint, to be exact . Sorry man. Also had the last pint of Sping Oddity. I was a keg killer tonight. Some Smashbomb and Sawdust City Golden Beach before that next door at the Judge.

Anchorage Galaxy White IPA. What a strange animal this is. Glad they didn't go overboard on the hops, really keeps it firmly in a Belgian tradition(s). Think I like it, but there's certainly a bunch going on.

Okay, after half the bottle I'm decided, Galaxy is a pretty brilliant beer. Seek it out if you haven't had it before.

I only purchased one bottle, but I'm now going to go get a couple more.

At Streets house tonight along with Cale, Electroluminescent and their significant others. A few brews were enjoyed before I came, but while there I sampled:
Cigar City Kalevipoeg - nice Baltic Porter, everyone tasted hints of root beer
Dark Island Reserve (courtesty of Boney) - not overpowering barrel taste, excellently balanced, very delicious
Dogfish Head Bitches Brew (bought before Brewmasters was aired) - another great brew!
highlight was Cigar City Guava Grove. Excellent saison.
Having a Magic Hat 9 at home, thanks for a great night guys and girls.
