Bottle of ST Pumking this afternoon, later shared an Aventinus Weizen Eisbock, then a Hardys Stamp Series Riesling/Gewurztraminer - a great go-to off-dry white for a mere 9.95.

Back down to Capones to celebrate their 21st Birthday:

Hales Supergoose IPA Cask (x2)
Alameda Barn Owl Imperial Brown Ale
Firestone Walker Union Jack IPA
Bear Republic Big Bear Stout
Deschutes Black Butte Porter

If anyone is ever down in Coeur d'Alene, then you have to visit Capones. Good tap selection, great burgers and wonderful pizza.

Had to look that up to see where it was. Idaho!

You are probably already aware of it but there is a good bottle shop nearby in Post Falls called Enoteca. I believe they have a growler station as well.

Beau's Weiss O'Lantern. Excellent, slightly sweet, wheaty, and pumpkiny but just in the right proportion. I like the Beau's beers, like this one, that don't have that funky German hop taste I get in Lug Tread and some other of their beers.

Will try that Beau's soon.

Having another Green Flash WC IPA, again the 'red tape-aged' flavors are well knit rather than explosively aromatic.

Went by Enoteca today, but they are closed Mondays!! I'll pay another visit on the way to Missoula in a few days.

You make a lot of trips to the US! I was just in Missoula a week ago. Cool little city. Beer scene was so-so. One good bottle shop, one pretty good beer bar and a couple of great micro-breweries. I recall seeing your reviews of some of the places, so I know you've been before. Have fun!
