SAT - Tap X Meine Porter Weisse, a very worthy crossing of two everyday beer styles to add an apropos dryness to Schneider & Sohn's exemplary full-tasting Weizen style.
^
With Calabrese sausage from Fiesta Farms, Sweet & Smoky Kozlik's mustard from SLM. Oliffe sausage may be better but good beer pairing.

SUN - Grand River Tailgate, what were they thinking? Simply awful by GR standards - like ball park swill, terrible soapy palate and - is that corn? GR just so you know, I have nothing but good will to your many other fine offerings, but...

Sitting here drinking a Junction Brakemans session ale. I completely agree with Gary's thoughts under the review page. Nice easy drink that's quintessentially english. I like it far more than the Conductors ale.

Last night, a Rocheforte 10, my first ever one, been sitting on it for almost a year. Almost left me speechless. It was as close to perfection from a beer as i've ever had. I was hoping the glass was never going to end, and now i'm sad because i've only got one more bottle.

St Bernardus Wit - the lemony character is really growing on me to offset the spicy-coriander-ripe pear- tropical fruit this beer had the first time I tried it. Refreshing summer beer!

Just had my first taste of Zombie Dust. Such a great, well balanced beer. Love the qualities that the Citra hops bring.
