Right now just one beer, the Calabaza Blanca. What a nice tart, lightly funky beer with good dryness.

Tried the Old Flame Pumpkin Lager over the weekend, really impressed with how well made it is, pumpkin spices aren't overwhelming, and the base beer is really well executed too

I'd put them in my top 10 Northeast/New ENgland breweries for sure. All great beers.

Last night at home:
Ommegang Hop House - lovely spicy-yeasty Belgian pale with melon fruit, soapy hop, lemon zest, and unripe banana on the nose and palate.
Elysian Night Owl Pumpkin Ale - massive pumpkin pie flavours with pumpkin filling, buttery-flaky pie crust, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, and clove. Drinks like an imperial pumpkin despite being 5.9%.

I'm being had by Tree Brewing Jumping Jack India Pumpkin, nice beer, does evoke pumpkin and spice a little along with the bristling hops.

Ten Fidy.

At $18.99 a 4 pack it isn't outrageously expensive, but I really ought to brew an imperial stout.

It is soooooo good though!

Last night at home:
Mikkeller Green Gold - drinking like a good hoppy U.S. Amber at this point.
Southern Tier Warlock - very similar to Pumking in both aroma and taste, with a thinner mouthfeel and some chocolate and roast flavours. I like the Pumking better.

I paid $15.99 for a 4 pack in Buffalo the other day and I thought that was expensive. It's not like this is barrel aged. Narwahl was $9.99 and was really good too.

I agree that Ten Fidy is really good though.
