Wrote the GRE today. In celebration, I finally opened my first bottle of St-Ambroise RIS. Great stuff. This was followed by a visit to Boston Pizza (...) for a a friend's going away party, where I partook in a cheap triple rye & ginger and a pint of Rickard's White. Last drink of the night was a bottle of hoppy hefeweizen homebrew from my buddy Neil in Caledon.

Everytime I open one I always think, why am I not having this more often?

Creme Brulee from the R+R release last year (?).

This is the first bottle to pour and retain a head, and the flavours have really mellowed to a point where it is very very drinkable now. No biting bitterness from the vanilla and none of the usual cloying, but good, sweetness.

Flying Dog Raging Bitch - Dedicated to the new manager of my local LCBO who assures me there is no demand for DFH 60, Southern Tier IPA or Anchor Liberty Ale - all 3 have disappeared and won't be coming back if she has her way.
