Netherworld, very nice. Not a brute of a Cascadian Dark, but sessionable for sure.

Not sure how much was sent to Yonge/7 but there's only one sixer left there now and inventory showed six this morning.

Phillips Amnesiac - kind of meh.

Chimay Bleue 2006 - I was cooking with a few bottles of it (still have over a case) and at cellar temp it tastes really, really good. No need to chill this one!

La Lièvre Montoise - easily the most boring Quebec beer. Of today.

Skookum Cascadian Brown Ale. When I first tried the Black Toque, I was surprised by the hopping. Today it just seems like a really sessionable ale!

Followed by Central City Winter Ale. I really like the subtle spicing of this one. Good stuff.

Duchy Organic Old Ruby Ale 1905 - God Damn, us Brits can make a damned fine session ale; 5% with bags and bags of flavour of sweet malt and balanced bitterness.

Then an Alley Kat Cascadian Dark Ale - I swear to god this was what was on cask at Sugar Bowl 2 weeks ago; they called it a coffee porter at the time, but I think they screwed up and just chucked some coffee grounds into the Dark IPA and hoped no one would notice. nice roast offset with a subtle Cascade hop.

Finished off with an amazingly fresh Old Rasputin. There is so much hop bitterness and aroma in this, it just doesn't 'feel' like a typical Old Rasputin. The rest of the 4 pack definitely need putting aside for a while to mellow out.

Saison Cazeau. The elderflowers are interesting. Perhaps a bit of an acquired taste.
