Was at The Ship in Hamilton on Saturday and had a Boneshaker and a Hawiian Style Pale while my buddies were drinking PBR.
And before I ordered the Spearhead I asked if they used the branded tulip or the pub's regular pint glasses. She told me that they use the regular pint glasses since the Spearhead glass is only 16oz, and "why would anyone want an Ontario craft beer in a 16oz size?".
Apparently they only use the Spearhead glasses to serve some sort of dessert.
The rest of the weekend was Crazy Canuck, Hardcore IPA, Hop Head & Smashbomb.

Polished off a bottle of La Terrible just now.
Was going to save it, but meh, life's too short and unfulfilling to leave such a fantastic beer sitting around to mildly improve. Gave my younger brother a bottle of Trois Pistoles, went over extremely well. Doing my part to enlighten others on good beer.

Forgot to ask, but odds are bourbon or rye from the flavor. Was subtle.liamt07 wrote:Goddamn. What kind of barrels if you don't mind me asking?iguenard wrote:Drank at the Chambly festival this part weekend:
Trois Mousquettaires Baltic Porter Barrel Aged (thats right!)
Trying to polish off my Red Racer stash over the next couple of nights as I clear room for other stuff (fall seasonals: come on!)
