Back safe and sound. How's the UrBock this year? Is it worth grabbing?

Yes. IMO it is worth grabbing more than ever.
As you know, I have a weird aversion to overly sweet beers and bocks tend to fall into that category. But this Urbock is drier and in my mind more drinkable than ever.

off Mad Tom, again - looks like two out of the six were bad bottles. I will still only purchase this beer as a last resort, as I did with this one.

I couldn't be bothered to finish another off beer after a day like today so I just switched to Crazy Canuck.

Route des Epices up next - brought back from Montreal by a coworker who was on tour. Apparently I had a lot more coming to me but the rest of his band got to them first! *shakes fist*.

Did DDC ditch the frame/border on their labels? I think I like the new look.

I got some more of this in a trade from someone in Quebec. I love this beer! Just had one last night.

Flying Dog Old Scratch Amber Lager. Nice. A bit bitter, a bit malty, good sessionable beer. Too bad I only have one.

Got a Stupor Collider, think I will go get a few more of these especially for over the holidays!

I am drinking it warm, and am pleased how good this batch is. Maybe being such a big beer it will be easy to duplicate?

One of my remaining few Amsterdam Spring Bocks from last year. All that talk of Celebrator made me thirsty for one!
