Its been in the States (at least in Rochester) for a while now. But LCBO, that caught me by surprise. The Imperial Stout is easily their best beer too.Phatman wrote:Nøgne Ø Imperial Stout, who'd thought this would've found it's way across the atlantic!

It's been known this was coming to the LCBO since October; it's in the LCBO Winter Warmer's thread.iguenard wrote:Its been in the States (at least in Rochester) for a while now. Anyway, for me it's been a weekend of bottles of Alley Kat Abbey Kat Quad.

I know, I watch for those threads when they appear. Looking forward to the spring one coming soon. But the Nogne offering was a surprise for me as I wasnt expecting them to send the stout our way. Its as if the LCBO had a wire tap to my brain. What else, Andech's Doppelbock for spring, and FFF Alpha King in Summer?Torontoblue wrote:It's been known this was coming to the LCBO since October; it's in the LCBO Winter Warmer's thread.iguenard wrote:Its been in the States (at least in Rochester) for a while now. .
Tonight, had a Simple Malt's OR sour beer. A Russian-river style sour beer with a sweet tooth, but I'd have to taste it blind to see if it stacks up (which I dont think it would).
