Prima Pils is a nice palate-warmer-upper. Only Steelback thinks it's really bitter.

A pre-submission tasting day in the office... BrewDog Hardcore IPA in my glass right now and the 5AM Saint lined up next... with Babička Wormwood vodka patiently waiting for its turn.

Your not. I thought the same thing after I finished a can tonight. Questions starting going through my head such as, "Why didn't I just buy more brutal bitter? What am I going to do with the other 15 cans? Will Zuma notice if I replace his Garrison order with these? etc"
drinkvine.com - a better way to find your beer and wine.

Skagit Brewery's Scullers IPA. Kinda reminds me of when Sgt Major was a real good bitter ale, Subtle nose but loads of bitterness up front and in the finish.

Shit. I was wondering, "Will Ralphus mind if I pay for half of the Garrison order in cash and the other half in Kellerbier?"

Upright Brewing Pure Wit. A real nice, soft, wit-style ale. Comes in at 4.5% and is a real pleasurable, Summery drink. Nice sweet & sour with a hint of bitterness. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm........

Nice to know - I've got a bottle of that in the cellar. Do you think its as good as it gets now or will age have any beneficial effects?

Tonight:

Creemore Keller
Bear Republic Red Rocket
Dogfish Head Burton Baton

About to crack open a properly cellared (and hopefully not aged too long) bottle of 10 year old Maudite. Wish me luck! :D
