Beautiful day for some beers on the deck. Had some:
Muskoka Summer Weiss
Muskoka Cream Ale
DFH Aprihop
Anchor Steam Beer
Coopers Sparkling Ale
21st Amendment IPA
Smashbomb
Double Bastard

Not sure what we'll get into this evening, but it looks like it will be a great night for hot tubbin', which means quite a few more.
I don't always drink beer ... because sometimes my friends win and we have to go to macro-only establishments.

What were your thoughts on the vertical? I think you are one year short of the vertical that Grub recently did (his was 2006-2011 I think).

Anchor Porter - not at all what I was expecting and I love it. Has chocolate, fruit and an earthy-sour taste that is great, and just enough of a solid dry palate from the bittering hops. A bit milky and a hint of sweet spiciness. Absolutely unique beer, only thing close to it was Guinness Foreign Extra Stout (the dry sourness.)
