Introducing Light Mode! If you would like a Bar Towel social experience that isn't the traditional blue, you can now select Light Mode. Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). Enjoy!

It is really good. Certainly a little different and worth picking up if you can. Premier Gourmet had about 5 cases of it last weekend in Buffalo and Consumers had some as well so it is fairly easy to come by in Buffalo.

Highlander Scottish (or pale) Ale - finally got around to getting one...

It's quite nice and easy - seems real ESBish to me...

Well I guess Pale and ESB are basically extensions of the basic Bitter. Lots of ovelap sometimes.

Just tried a 2-year-old Péché Mortel, it was way too dry at cellar temp and cooling it down seemed to bring the flavors together. Best at about 1 year?
