Split the De Molen Bommen & Granaten with the better half last night. Really sweet, really fruity. I don't buy the claim of 15.2%. A nice dessert.

Currently having a Mikkeller Coffee IPA and I'm shocked at how fresh tasting it is. If it wasn't for the price I'd grab some more on Saturday. Coffee is pretty light but definitely adds something. Smashbomb and GD Rumble to follow for this arbitrary day.

Last night at Only, Nickel Brook Green Light Berliner Weisse - I have no idea if they add Woodruff syrup AKA the "grun" serving style in Berlin but I doubt it - this tastes like a pure, sour and un-sweetened Berliner (or 'Amber Light' style if no woodruff "Green" or raspberry 'Red Light" flavoring is added.)

It needs to warm up to get some sour-fruit flavor balance but it's a real nice sipper.

I like Nickel Brook Le Paysan Saison a lot too -- it seems like a good dry Saison sells out fast and bars can barely keep it on tap anywhere in Toronto.

Alley Kat Indigo Dragon DIPA - Almost, almost as good as Red Dragon, the best of this series.

Green Flash West Coast IPA - great to see this fantastic IPA in Alberta, and it's pretty fresh; bottled May 21st 2012

De Ranke Noir De Dottignies - I just don't get the love/hype for De Ranke. I keep buying them to try, but they are just mediocre, IMO.

Common Brewers Baltic Porter - A fantastic baltic porter....in a can.

Do they got the growler station going at Nickelbrook?

Last night I had one of Matt7215's pomegranete lambics (I think that's what it was, magnificent as usual), right now, enjoying an oak aged mead.

Not that I saw. First time to the brewery, so I may not have known where to look. I meant to ask at the counter, but I got side tracked drinkign samples and it slipped my mind. .
