Last night was:

ST 2XIPA
Rogue Northwestern
Mad Tom IPA
Plowmans
La Trappe Tripel

Tonight I'm planning to finish the bottles of Northwestern & La Trappe, and maybe see how my last bottle of Hopslam is holding up. I figure it's time to clear out some old DIPAs to make room for the Brewdog Hardcore that's hopefully still going to shop up sometime this summer.

At first, Estrella Damm. I've had earlier examples that had a rich taste, that reminded me of the draft in Barcelona, but this current canning, while evidently fresh, doesn't do it for me. I set it aside in favour of Fuller's Porter, placed in the fridge an hour earlier. It was only lightly chilled and the rich malt and firm hops came through clearly. Classic English drink.

ST IPA
ST 2XIPA

ST IPA + 2XIPA (Half and Half).....this tastes really great. Never mixed beers before (other than black and tans) but I really like this mix. Seems to make up for the shortcomings of both beers.

I really like that porter. Sadly, they don't have it at BC Liquor. It's been a while since I've had the 1845 as well. Both excellent brews from a British Macro!

Black Oak Summer Saison. This has a little extra dry funk and musty jive goin' on. How I wish I had more of this. I have a feeling this summer my fridge will be comprised of this, Denison's, Boneshaker and ST 2X.

Still dreaming of the day when I can have Two Hearted on a regular basis.

Just got back from a friend's house and had these:

-Rogue Brutal (which he confirmed is shadow of its former self)
-Rogue Northwestern (not bad, not great, much better than the Brutal though)
-Stone Cali-Belgique (absolutely great)
