Just back from Mondial and taking stock of what we drank and picked up.

Right now I am REALLY enjoying a Black IPA from Church Key we grabbed on the way east. A beautiful beer I wish I had regular access to.

They should take out the letter m in Radlermass.

Yesterday with a friend

Sam Adams Noble Pils
Staropramen
Growler of Homebrewed Amarillo SMaSH
Mikkeller Barrel Aged 1000 IBU
Mikkeller George

George was definitely the highlight of the evening, although the BA 1000 IBU wasn't far behind.

I think the Amarillo SMaSH has to be among the best I've done, and it drinks so easily.

Agreed....if you are classifying this stuff as beer. I found it a decent enough drink, it just didn't taste like beer at all. We stopped by Brick Brewery on our way to T.O. on Sunday and the guy in their retail store hooked us up with five cans for free.

A few extremely fresh Franziskaner Hefeweizen from the local grocer (Hamburg GMY.) There is NO yeast sediment, it is all still in suspension as bottled from the brewery. Perfect beer.

This.

And tonight, a Wells Banana Bread (surprisingly good), and probably a few shots of vodka.
