I haven't tried it since they opened the new brewery, hopefully it'll start to show up around BC. I really liked the plethora of EKG hops it had. British Flavour, but with a west-coast intensity (probably more like the pre-war British brews). It was really good stuff.

Tree's Black DIPA... the hops certainly haven't faded... if anything, the piny resin has come more forward. I wonder if this might've actually been the second batch that's destined for the LCBO?

My Buckwheat Braggot. Seriously loving this stuff!

Last night I finally made it to Bellwoods and was very impressed with both the Baltic Porter and the DIPA.

Last night at Smokeless, an excellent strong stout, newly arrived and not yet on the menu. I thought they said it was Amsterdam Imperial Stout, but since it wasn't written down I'm not 100% sure.

Also, Thwaites Lancaster Bomber in the can, newly arrived also, at LCBO. This is far better than the bottled one we used to get occasionally with classic nutty and drying English hop flavours. Almost cask ale-like. Very good but you have to drink it half-chilled to get the full effect.

Earlier Founders Double Trouble bottled early Feb hops were still kicking around fairly well. Now Founders breakfast stout. Great but nothing in comparison to KBS a week or so ago. After this I've got an achel extra waiting for me.

3 Quality beer. I love it when I can get the Stone IPA on tap in Buffalo (or wherever for that matter).
